Let’s face it, nobody likes to pay for postage and packaging!

We endeavour to get the price of this as low as possible and send your items to you by the safest and most reliable method. Also we will try and get your order to you in the quickest time possible, usually within 3 to 5 working days.

A signature will be required upon delivery and you should sign the goods “unchecked”, unless you are able to inspect them immediately.

If we are unable to deliver or nobody is at the address, a card will be left giving details of how to arrange a re-delivery and contact details for the local office for personal collections.

Delivery and packaging charges cover ALL of mainland UK and destinations abroad. These are calculated at the time of checkout and vary on the size and weight of your complete order. This is based on a sliding scale with a small packet being around £2.50 rising up to around £7.50 for a larger order. Abroad items vary dependent on their destination.

If you are not satisfied with your goods when they arrive we will refund your money or send you a replacement. Please read our terms and conditions which give full details of your consumer rights and details of how to contact us and return any items.
