Let’s face it, nobody likes to pay for postage and packaging!
We endeavour to get the price of this as low as possible and send your items to you by the safest and most reliable method. (Usually by Royal Mail “Signed for”). Also we will try and get your order to you in the quickest time possible, usually within 3 to 5 working days.

Royal Mail’s official guidance for “2nd Class Signed For” , aim to deliver within 3–5 working days, including Saturdays.
However, in practice, delivery times can sometimes be longer due to various factors such as local delivery office performance, high volumes, or operational issues. User reports indicate that, while many items do arrive within the target window, some can take up to a week or even longer.

A signature will be required upon delivery and you should sign the goods “unchecked”, unless you are able to inspect them immediately.
If we are unable to deliver or nobody is at the address, a card will be left giving details of how to arrange a re-delivery and contact details for the local office for personal collections.
Delivery and packaging charges cover all destinations. These are calculated at the time of checkout and are based on the size and weight of your complete order. The cost is based on a sliding scale and is as reasonable as possible.
